SFYCA: Fees and Dates

Fees

Tuition for the SFYCA is $775 per person. The fee includes a shared room in a University of Oregon dorm and all meals; tickets to OBF concerts; sheet music; and a practice CD that we'll send you in advance.

Individuals are responsible for their own transportation to and from Eugene. We will provide transportation from the Eugene airport to the university dorm for out of state students.

A limited number of scholarships are available. Application forms can be requested upon acceptance into the program.

2010 Dates and Timeline

  • February 28 - March 17: Live auditions in Oregon
  • March 16: Due date for recorded auditions
  • March 26: Notification of acceptance
  • April 19: Deposit and acceptance confirmation due
  • June 24: Registration and orientation (out of state students may need to arrive on June 23)
  • July 5: Check out following final concert (out of state students depart July 6)
