2007 season • Press ReleaseKahane Sells Out; Others CloseJune 27, 2007 Jeffrey Kahane's July 5 piano recital of works by Chopin is the first sell out of the 2007 Oregon Bach Festival schedule. Among others closing in on that status are Discovery Series concerts July 3 and 11 at 4:30 pm, and the Intimate Evenings event with Triad, featuring Eugene-born clarinetist Carey Bell July 14. Limited seats remain to see Kahane conduct an all-Mendelssohn orchestra program with star violinist Midori July 3 in the Hult Center. |
